| The U-Pack provided hot and cold running water, Air Conditioning, heat, 110 & 240 Voltage electricity. It provided enough power to run a 50 bed hospital with an ER, OR, Lab &, Pharmacy. The unit aslo provided an air compressor that was enough to inflate all of the ward bubbles. The internal engine was the same ones used in Huey Helicopters. Without the hearing protection, a worker could loose their hearing within 24 hours.
Many of the U-Pack workers today live with a constant ringing in their ears from this beast.
